Mare Nostrum; Completed 3 of the four missions, but I'm stuck on the Mid East Supplies mission.
Have sank five ships for roughly 25,000 tons.
No progress in the Middle East Supply indicator (Progress Bar, not tonnage bar).
Is there an amount that you have to sink or what am I missing?

Hi Sandman
You can find all your objectives for a particular 'Campaign' quite easily.
Your campaign name is 'Mare Nostrum' this will show on the first line.
You should also see your previous 3 completed missions showing and what you actually achieved in them if you look for CrtAmount.
There are also another 2 missions you still have to do before completing this 'Campaign.'
Go to:
Documents
SH5 folder
CFG folder
SaveGames folder (select your last saved game by the date and time and then open it.)
Campaign folder
Campaign CFG
The 'Amount' is the objective, this will either show as tonnage, or the number of ships you need to sink.
The CrtAmount is what you have personally achieved to date by the number of ships you have sunk, or the total amount of tonnage sunk in that mission objective.

Thanks.
Ok, let me get this straight:
[Campaign.CampObj.MacroObj 4]
ObjectiveID=MN_Middle_East_Supplies
Name=Campaign.CampObj.MacroObj 4.Name
MapZone=Eastern_Supplies_Icon
ValuePointsProvided=2
FurtherInfo=Campaign.CampObj.MacroObj 4.FurtherInfo
StartDate=19410601
EndDate=19411201
IsCompleted=false
IsFailed=false
IsUnlocked=true
AssocMissionsActive=
AssocMissionsCompleted=3544949042099539533
ObjActivationAchievements=
[Campaign.CampObj.MacroObj 4.PersObj 1]
PersObjType=0
Name=Attack_shipping_between_Beirut_and_Alexandria
Description=Campaign.CampObj.MacroObj 4.PersObj 1.Description
RelatedMapLocations=Area_MES
IsCompleted=false
This is where I'm at.
The 'Amount' is the objective, this will either show as tonnage, or the number of ships you need to sink.
You mean this:
[Campaign.CampObj.MacroObj 4.PersObj 1.Amount]
IsTonnage=true
Tonnage=40000
NumOfShips=0
And this:
The CrtAmount is what you have personally achieved to date by the number of ships you have sunk, or the total amount of tonnage sunk in that mission objective.
Referes to this:
[Campaign.CampObj.MacroObj 4.PersObj 1.CrtAmount]
IsTonnage=false
Tonnage=0
NumOfShips=0
So if I understand you correctly, I have to sink 40,000 tons between "Beirut_and_Alexandria"?

Hi Sandman
Yes, that is correct 40,000 tonnes is the minimum requirement, but there is a catch!
You will notice in the campaign listings that the ships have type numbers like'102'; this means that not all of the ships you sink will count towards completing that missions objective, currently Middle East Supplies, only the ones relating to the numbers showing.
All of your sinkings however will show in your Captain's Log total.

Hi Peter,
Do you know on which file I can find those ship "codes"?
Thanks!

Hi Bera
It is in the same file.
The latest save campaign file will show you up to date all the recorded ships that count.
In other words each mission has a list of ships and if you are using the tonnage bar with the campaign icons then these ships are recorded as they are destroyed.
If you are using a mega mod then you will not see anything as it has been disabled.

Just a little FYI:
I had sank well over 100,000 tons of shipping. (I completed all the other missions before June 1941) so that left me from July-December 1941 to complete "Middle East Supplies".
Thank to your help, I found out where I was going wrong, however, I ran into a British Convoy consisting of 3 Liberty ships, 2 Medium Freighters, 1 Steel Viking tanker. Running low on "fish" I chose the nearest target, a medium freighter.
Sank it! Since then, every ship I sank starting "counting".
I have just completed "Middle East Supplies", its Sept. 41, and I have 3 months to sail around the Med and sink whatever I want.
