"Largest known prime number discovered in Missouri"
Sounds like it was behind a bush, or down the back of a sofa. I think they mean 'computed'

I considered applying to Univ. of Central Missouri but learned that they barely have an engineering program (only offer Eng. Tech) and therefore don't offer the degree I want.
The general vibe I took from visiting is that it's a school for people who decide that "meh" is what they want. It's cheap, not far from Kansas City and the people are incredibly friendly (almost to the point that it's scary). It's probably a very good thing for a lot of people who major in things like nursing, education and social work. It looked to me that it was a bit deprived in the STEM fields.
It wasn't a hard decision. Didn't see any scenario where I'd be happy or successful going there. Good for them for discovering a new number. I honestly never would've guessed that they'd do it. Figured it'd be one of the more STEM-specialized universities in this state.
Oh well, Warrensburg is a friendly town if you ever stop there. I enjoyed my couple days I spent in that area. Don't bother trying to visit Whiteman AFB. It's a closed base and they won't let you in unless somebody inside vouches for you.

Discovered in Missouri but from where was it lost or misplaced :hmm2:
Reminds me of Victoria II when you discover new technologies or research, and so you get something like "Our scientists have discovered Karl Marx!" :o :hmmm:
