Happy New Years and Sink em!

Besides playing with mods, I doubt I've played in two years, but talking to a friend I started a game to check something, so I started a career. I'm gonna try to sink the entire Java invasion force tonight for new years...so have a happy one and all be safe.... Yes, the missus and me gave up partying about 5 years ago for good....

Before Christmas, I thought I'd be playing with SH, but computer virus issues derailed that plan. I *think* it is more or less ok now, but I don't really feel like messing with mods and the usual SH stuff, now.

I was getting into Birth of Rome before, so I will probably start another game of that. I found crushing the warlike barbarians to be rather satisfying. :)

Well, I found the Java force, did sink about 20 ships, got back to base...almost.....forgot about that lil reef and maybe a few miles from getting the port icon, bam at high tc.......no saves.........in true Wernher fashion...lmao

Never been much of a gamer, did get into Novalogics Delta Force series, Sid Meyer's Gettysburg and SH4......I actually enjoyed playing SH4 again.

Since your boat looks to be ok, you can just have your crew dig a canal back to the water. Shouldn't take too long; I'm sure they'll be finished by next New Year's.

Anyway, you had the satisfaction of sinking a score of enemy ships. That's the main thing.
