They caught this punk along with his mother in Mexico. Can't wait to see him in prison, he should have done what he was told to do, but no Mommy thought it would be better if they took off. All that money won't save his butt this time!

I hope his probation is rescinded and he'll face some jail time although I think we've not heard the last of his crimes. Afluenza or not, he may just be one of those people who have no conscience.

Can we catch the corrupt judge that let him go first time as well?

Mexico was obviously not far enough away to escape the long arm of the law.

Too bad that the plane carrying him to the US crashed, and while everyone else got out and was unharmed, he was sadly left in there by mistake.

No word tonight on what his defense might be.

How about...NO CONTEST?:nope:

Close!https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mark_J._Kilroy (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mark_J._Kilroy) Considering the wholesale slaughter down on, and south, of the border of US embassy personnel and citizens , the return of one rich kid and the expense to imprison and transport is a misallocation of funds...a 'panda bear focus' if you will. http://www.criminaljusticedegreesguide.com/features/the-8-most-dangerous-border-towns-in-america.html (http://www.criminaljusticedegreesguide.com/features/the-8-most-dangerous-border-towns-in-america.html) If some mom wants to ship her kid to Mexico, I'd consider it 'time served', frankly, till he got bumped off in some cantina or kidnapped and murdered: good riddance.

Well if skipping the country is not a probation violation, I don't know what is.

I wonder what will happen to the mother?

Maybe she will claim that she was influenced by the son??

Lets not banter about the term corrupt unless you have actual evidence. Rendering a decision you don't agree with does not make someone corrupt.

That's a pretty bad thing to say about a judge even a retired one.

Mommy has been arrested too,lol

"Tonya Couch, 48, will be charged with hindering apprehension, a third-degree felony punishable by a maximum 10 year sentence, Tarrant County District Attorney Sharen Wilson said at the press conference. A warrant has been issued for her arrest."

They even had a going away party before they took off for Mexico!

But, but, but, they can't can't be put in jail....they're 1 per-centers, you know, and they are above the law; after all, they can get the best justice money can buy...

I just hope this kid, who snuffed out the lives of four innocent people, gets a very warm "welcome" from his fellow cons...

Well, the little boy got an injunction to stop his deportation to the States. Has to have a hearing with the Mexican Immigration authorities. Wonder how much of a bribe that took!?!:haha:

But Mommy dearest is on her way back to Texas to face whatever justice she can buy!:O:
