type 2 in the 2nd flotilla?

Hello I have a simple question is it possible to use the the type 2 sub in the 2nd flotilla? Im using the latest version of WAC 4.1 and SH3 commander

The use of any type of u-boat from any base is always possible. The question is, will the type II sub be the best possible resource to use in the far reaches of the Atlantic that you will be assigned from that port.

I tried to do this myself, as a test, and found the range to short to get to and return from the assigned sector, on most occasions. Also, not enough torpedoes for a large convoy attack.

well i mostly want to do it because the Kiel plotted course in WAC seems to be broken and plotting it yourself is tedious and i can assign my self realistic grids with sh3commander for the type2
