If the string is wet, it's raining...

So, curious issue: My watchman reports that despite heavy clouds and high winds, it is not raining.

Which is not my experience sitting up on the bridge. My hat is wet. It is very clearly raining.


This is with MEP over the top of GWX. Thoughts?

It's a very old stock game bug, and in almost eleven years I don't think anyone's managed to fix it. It's easy enough to ignore. :sunny:
