Campaign Gameplay Options.

Hi,

Is there a way to change individual options in terms of game play in a campaign other than just easy, hard, realistic?

In single play I can for instance select if I want fuel etc to be realistic or not or have manual targeting etc. In campaign it seems as if its just hard or easy I'm trying to find a balance in between that if that makes any sense?
