Small sound problem

If anyone as got a solution then many thanks in advance, well I have been playing Fallout 4 and when I am facing any noise whether it be another character, radio or any thing else the sound is OK but when I turn away there is no audio at all :wah:

Unless you have surround sound speakers then make sure you have the right speaker setup in the
Control Panel/Sound then configure you speaker setup. :hmmm:
