I have already completed both primary and secondary mission, and rebased to kiel. However whenever i do "end patrol" it returns to the dock (as it should) but when i talk to the guy to get a new mission, i see again only danzig bay mission. If i accept it and start the mission, i can see on the map that indeed has been added 3 mission but they are not part of my current patrol.
What am i doing wrong? What should i do?

Did you end the patrol before the next mission date?
Use this to make sure you are at sea before the next mission starts.
Post #64 Open Horizons II > Campaign Dates > Bases > U-Boats (http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showpost.php?p=2201543&postcount=64)
Always make a manual save each time you are in the bunker before the new mission.
You do not want to load your game through the automatic save Autosave Enter Base.

yes i did, like two days before. So correct me if i'm wrong in case of "Baltic operations" that ends on 05/09, should i end patrol only on 05/09 or later? If so, what if i start "Eastern British Coastal Waters" that ends on 01/12, should i wait that long?
Probably i'm missing something.

yes i did, like two days beforeThat is why you cannot see it and why you are still seeing the "Baltic Operations".
All you need to remember is that you cannot end the patrol (stopwatch time) before the next missions date starts as you will not see it.
if i start "Eastern British Coastal Waters" that ends on 01/12, should i wait that long?No because if you look at my tutorial post #64 you will see that other missions are going to be added.
At some point 3 missions will appear on your map.
Your last campaign mission ends at 24.00 (stopwatch time) on 14th June 1940
Happy Times campaign then starts on 00.01 on 15th June 1940

Thanks for the answer. I've just one more question, whenever i end patrol earlier than the dead line date, will the mission be considered completed once that date is reached (even if i'm on a completely different mission)?

The mission is completed when the date expires.
All the time you see any missions on your navigation map they are all active.
When you end a patrol you can request the same mission again and again receiving new orders each time.

So there is no real concept of success or fail in this game. The mission starts and ends regardless you take part of it, right?
What i don't understand is why i quit the game, all i see in the overview is that all missions has pending status and none has completed status except for the tutorial mission.

So there is no real concept of success or fail in this game. This is one for Vecko to answer as in TWOS Open Horizons II v2.5 has been tweaked.
It would not be correct for you to do nothing and move from one campaign to the next.
The mission starts and ends regardless you take part of it, right?
The clock is ticking.
all missions has pending status and none has completed status except for the tutorial mission. This is due to the changes that have been made by removing the "Tonnage Bar."
You may have noticed the first time you opened the navigation map in "Baltic Operations" something called "First Deployment."
I think Vecko added this completed mission too make sure that the Campaign "Total Germany is achievable.
