I look now and don't remember already, from where are .raw files.

data\Terrain\Pal\Terrain.act
Is reversed, darker for shallow and brighter for deep waters.
Here, on subsim have a mod for that. Mine is just different values.

data\Menu\Gui\StrTactMap.tga
I made it from a random paper texture found through google.


Nobody tried to guess.
