Help Needed

Hey Guys long time since i have been on forum.
After having PC issues i stopped playing SH5.
I have upgraded my machine and i am dying to get back into again.
First installed and thought i would play with no mods so i would then
appreciate mods once installed.
Ready to re-install and after installation i keep getting a message from Ubisoft
saying " A Service is unavailable " Cant get any further.
This has been going on for a few days and have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. :/\\!!

Any help would be appreciate.

Hey all.
Recently installed Windows 10.
Game ran fine but after uninstalling and reinstalling SH5 no go.
Had to uninstall uplay and download from their site.
Game ran straight away.:up:
Mods here i come :yeah:
