I'm not entirely sure what this is? Could somebody please explain what this is, what it does and a detailed but simple explanation on how to use it?

Hi, thanks for your response, unfortunately I did not find anything about this tool other than the screenshot. I went through the entire folder of the mod and saw some documentations, the problem is I don't know the name of this tool and which documentation it corresponds to.

The original tools, called U-Jagd, were created by Joegrundman and can be found here (http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/downloads.php?do=file&id=4221). there is a complete PDF file that comes with the download explaining everything. I was going to give a link to the original post, but he has taken down all the pictures so it now makes no sense.

That tool also comes with the OLC GUI 1.2.7.
