I hate having to start over a campaign when I was killed, so i figured a way to pickup after last successful mission. If you go to your documents folder you will find a folder named Shells of fury data. I created a new folder and named it Shells of fury data 2, and after each mission in the campaign ( you have to accept the next mission for previous mission to be recorded ) I would use the "alt" _ "tab" keys to minimize the game to copy the contents from my Shells of fury data to my Shells of fury data 2 folder. I was killed by a torpedo and copied the contents back I was able to replay the mission I was killed.
If you wanted to save them, create a different folder for each mission and you can load them and play any mission you want at a later time
