Cilla Black dies aged 72

One for the UKers this, our Cilla has passed away at the age of 72.

I must admit, I wasn't a massive fan but from what I heard she was a lovely down to earth person, and the good things that her show 'Surprise, Surprise' did for people was always uplifting.

Still, she'll be with her Bobby now, and that's how she'd want it. :yep:

Grew up with Cilla on the TV. Not good news at all.

I only just read her story rising from a cloak room girl to her association with John Lennon and Brian Epstein. It's always easy to root for someone like that. Thankfully her music can be found on the web for all to enjoy.
