No they don't. Though even when they run out of them if they can still hear you they'll still stay on you.

Spent 30 hours under attack from two DDs a few months ago. They do run out of DCs, but will keep circling doing "dry runs" to keep you down. Incidentally, my unfortunate Kaleun had to order the boat surfaced and scuttled to keep his crew (what remained from the initial DC runs) alive. If you can't shake them, tell your crew that they best start growing gills... :03:
Edit: Be sure to exercise care when operating in shallow water. One mistake will lead to a battering you won't forget!

ASDIC is ineffective in bad weather. You just have to wait till the weather changes to get rid of them.
And hope your O2 lasts.

Mods seem to be made for imposing more stringent conditions to our submarine, but no ability to put limits on the enemy. Many depth charges carrying a destroyer, corvette and armed trawler? We attacks with its full arsenal, or because he was chasing other submarines, and its stock has declined considerably load?
