Hi aungsithu,

Welcome to Subsim.com.

You can change the forum language in the user control panel.

In the menu there is a paragraph/chapter with name: Settings & Options
Click on "Edit options", scroll down until you see "Miscellaneous Options"


Choose your language and click on "Save Changes".
