I hope these old planes aren't carrying live nuclear warheads :o

a second Tu-95 crashed (http://tass.ru/en/russia/808378) on Tuesday close to the Chinese border. The incident has led to Russia grounding its Tu-95 fleet to carry out mechanical inspections of its planes.

Russia has been flying sorties (http://www.businessinsider.com/russian-long-range-bombers-are-messaging-the-us-2015-4) across Europe, the Atlantic, and the Pacific with a frequency unseen since the Cold War. This increased workload has put heavy strain on an aging fleet of Cold War-era bombers and fighters that Russia is only now trying to modernize (http://www.businessinsider.com/russia-is-modernizing-its-air-force-2015-3).

If they keep them near the Chinese border everything should be just fine :)
