This is brilliant! The Royal Navy is sooooo cheap that it is buying Slovenian-made paper tissues to issue to its Marines. :har: Tissues that are said to have the consistency of a wet paper.

Regardless, it seems very fitting, considering that the only place that seriously sells Paloma's "wonder products" are night shops in France and Belgium. :O:
