I have the 461 MB file. Probably the same one as this one:
http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/downloads.php?do=file&id=1309
Try in another 24 hours. I will try to reupload it to subsim.

Fitz, have you put up mods here before? If not, PM Neal to get permission. I would love to see complete versions of these mods here.

CAPTAIN MIDNIGHT'S CBS RADIO MOD FOR SH4
CAPTAIN MIDNIGHT'S
CBS RADIO MOD FOR SH4
by
CaptainCox
CBS proudly presents Captain Midnight's CBS Radio Station for SH4.
This will add a new radio station to your Submarine Radio. Tune in to Frequency 30.0 and listen to News, Shows, Commercials and the latest Music out there. Not only this but news bulletins will broad casted live as they happen, and that all through out this bloody war.
Simply use with JSGME or put the files manually in to the Sound Folder (I would not recommend this as it is tedious work )
The "LIVE" news bulletins are 58 all together and spans from 1941-12-07 to 1945-08-06
and are broad casted they day they actually happened (times during the day may vary)
When there is no "LIVE" news a collection of 26 songs, shows and commercials will play, all from the era.
Creds to "tedhealy" for the method of writing the "Radio.ini"

Mike, you should have the new password.

Yes, I did get the password the other day. I still get the same error in Filezilla about a directory listing. I could not upload or queue a file. I'll try again another day.

Any ideas why I can not get Filezilla to work this time? Their help section did not help at all.
Tried this version, FileZilla 3.12.0 RC1.exe, because it has a new features talking about directories.
"# New features:
- FileZilla no longer visually enters each visited directory during recursive operations, e.g. when downloading or deleting remote directories. During recursive operations the server's directory structure can now be navigated as if idle
- Ask for confirmation if trying to load Site Manager data originating from a future version of FileZilla
- Display location of settings directory on the About dialog"
I tried the old version, FileZilla_3.11.0.2.exe recently, before Neal gave me a new password. I used FileZilla 3.6.0.2 in Feb 2013 for the first time ever in my life and had no problem then. I erased that old version since then.
Here is the error:
Status: Resolving address of ftp.subsim.com
Status: Connecting to 199.19.78.115:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Status: Initializing TLS...
Status: Verifying certificate...

My directory listing is pointed to a folder on my hard drive. Not my zonealarm firewall since I disabled it, too. Still did not work.

What a hassle Filezilla was the last few weeks for me. Please read the previous posts if interested in other details about Filezilla I wrote about.
I spent hours of research trying to get this file upload working again. Others suggested if it wasn't a firewall issue that it could be the more current versions. The latest internet research I found to work for FileZilla was FileZilla 3.9.0.6.exe. FileZilla 3.9.0.6.exe worked flawlessly for the subsim upload. Go to http://filehippo.com/ for filezilla for this version if needed.
All the internet research suggested for me to use the following ideas to fix FileZilla versions 3.12 or newer.
a) Use SFTP instead of FTP but I did not ask Neal Stevens if this is plausable.
b) Try changing the transfer connection from active to passive etc.
c) Open up Filezilla, then file, then site manager and enter the ftp.subsim information. Then change the encryption stuff under the general tab.
1) Use explicit FTP over TLS if available
2) Require explicit FTP over TLS
3) Require implicit FTP over TLS
4) Only use plain FTP (insecure)
All of these suggestions failed, too.
