Are the mods Trigger Maru and Run Silent Run Deep compatible with version 1.4?

I believe the last TMO for 1.4 is V1.76. The last RSRDC for that TMO is V370.

I've actually just gone and done that. Though I'm kind of disappointed with Trigger Maru's water color. I tried the compatible Improved Stock Environment on top of that, but the water still seems off. Are there any TMO/RSRD compatible mods that adjust the color and transparency of the water to better fit that of the real world pacific?

The water color is going to change in the pacific from place to place. There is no mod that I know that will change the water to be one color and depth in one area and something different in another location. Off the coast of Tillamook will not look like water off the coast of French Polynesia or Korea.
