It seems there ARE Old Bold Pilots after all!!! First I'd heard of these guys. In todays' local paper: The Patriots Jet Team now based out of Byron, California and composed of diehard ex Thunderbird, Blue Angels and Royal Canadian Snowbirds flying flying the Czech (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Czech_Republic)-built Aero L-39 Albatros (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aero_L-39_Albatros) http://aerobaticteams.net/patriots-jet-team.html (http://aerobaticteams.net/patriots-jet-team.html) http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/5/57/Patriots_Jet_team.jpg/800px-Patriots_Jet_team.jpgwill perform at the local speedway in neighboring Sonoma county( a lesser rated grape growing region:O: to Napa) this weekend. The traffic on race day is a drag but the price is right.
