R.I.P Sir and thanks for the great moments on screen.

My thoughts exactly. That's very sad news...
Still, at least he's been reunited with Vincent Price and Peter Cushing. There'll be one heck of a knees up in heaven tonight!

http://i.telegraph.co.uk/multimedia/archive/03337/Christopher-Lee--p_3337836b.jpgbut I particularly enjoyed him as the villainous Compte de Rochefort in the classic Three(and four)Musketeers . He joins the equally memorable Oliver Reed (Athos). He will be missed.

I don't know why there is so much fiction about when there are great stories like his to be told. :salute:

RIP Sir Christopher a sad loss best actor ever to play Dracula.
Few actors can lay claim to a resume as vast as his; very, very few have had a claim to a resume extending over six decades. This may well be the end of an era in British acting; I can't think offhand of anyone else with the same pedigree in acting still active or alive today. Ninety-odd years is a very good, long life and Sir Christopher filled those years with much more than a lifetime's experiences. We were fortunate he allowed us to come along for the ride...
RIP, sir, and many thanks...

The man had a full life. I hope he died with little pain and some dignity. He deserved nothing less.
RIP
I greatly enjoyed his movies.
RIP
You were my first intro to horror movies.
Oh I remember it so well, my parents have sent me and my little sisters to bed I must have been around 9-10 years of age.
My door was connected to the living room and my door went into my room.
Opened it very slowly not more than I could se our TV and there he was Mr Count Dracula... saw some of the movie.
I couldn't sleep that night or the following nights..
Today I love horror movies.
For your information-He was speaking German

Even Slovenia is indebted to him.
He parachuted into occupied Yugoslavia and helped coordinate the Yugoslav partisans with a major Allied offensive (I wish I knew which one, can't find the article anymore)
He made frequent return visits as a guest
