Hi All;
Being pretty new at this, I'm trying out various mods to see how they handle for me. Slow and easy does it at this stage.
I'm running SH3 with GWX Gold so thought it might be a good idea to take a look at the above mod.
So far so good....except for the large slide out compass rose, which I'd like to keep.
The author provides a solution for keeping it in the appendix near the bottom of the readme document. I'm afraid I'm having trouble understanding what's what.
When I open the hsGUI menu1024_768.ini file, the only item referenced to 'heading' is G3F I52, and is not like the one in the 'fix'. Should I be adding the 'fix item or changing the existing item to match the 'fix'? I'm not sure how to go about getting the compass rose back at this point and I could sure use a little help.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
