Hello friends...
I am using the Silent Hunter 4 v 1.5 and I have added these mods:

Enviromental 5.0
Extra Allied naval bases for Stock SH4 + UBM FJB
Two Tone Navigation Map
Magnified Hud Dials for v1.5_Medium
Natural Sinking Mechanics 2.6
Patchman's Über Navigation Charts Zwei

With them I improved enough to sh4, but still are not realistic sinking and the effects of smoke either, not to mention the confusing management periscope...

I was thinking of adding a supermod, the Trigger Maru, and I've tried, but once the JSGME enables it, I disable all other mods and it seems that the change is not very convenient ...

Clearly, the Trigger is too fine and exclusive, but their benefits do not outweigh what vanishes.

They would like to suggest another mega mods that not close the rise of additional mods ...?

Thanks, and best regards from Mar del Plata, from which port I send
a picture of our ARA S31 Salta.

Welcome aboard Xegatum:Kaleun_Salute:

You can have your cake & eat it too. Using JSGME 1st disable all those add ons then enable Trigger Maru with JSGME. Then one at time add the mods you have come to like.

I think you will be pleased with the results.

I'll try, but I fear,:hmmm: ,that in the process the mods and the same sh4 break ...

Thank you.

Do as stated, but you don't need Env.5, basically included with TMO, however you may prefer to run ISE over that. TMO also somewhat fixes and has a better campaign, but for a historic campaign, you would want RSRD..

¿Did I understand correctly?
¿What is suggested to add JGSME: 1º Trigger, then RSRD and finally other mods ...?
¿Does the whole works without conflict?
Thanks again, invaluable comments.:yeah:

Welcome aboard Xegatum. You'll like it here, and if you don't, we'll force you to like it.

I would just like to repeat what everyone else wrote. Install the mega mods first, along with the appropriate patches or fixes. Then add whichever smaller mods you want. I understand your fear of messing up the game. Before you do anything, make a copy of the "data" folder and put it someplace safe. That way, if you do mess up the game, you just need to replace the folder contents.

Now go polish the periscope. :D

Yes, that is correct.

You may also want to try Real Fleet Boat, also called RFB. It's a super mod too. Some people like it better than Trigger.

They both are good, you just have to try to see which is best for you.

Check Natural Sinking Mechanics, I think it only works in 1.4 (not 1.5 ie U-boat add-on). TMO and RFB (for 1.5) include sinking mechanics modifications similar to NSM
