Ok, I fixed, seems like I fixed that issue by talking to a crew member and then everything popped up! Now only I cant see the Church's compass dial

"Shift Z" will hide all of the UI and give you a clear view. Pressing again will restore the UI. Pressing "C" will cycle "Church's Compass Dials". Clicking on the tab at the bottom of the compass when visible will change it to a "Rudder Position Indicator".

Just looking at your activated mods....to save yourself problems in the not too distant future, I would suggest looking at "THEBURBSTER Tutorials" thread and also "The Wolves of Steel" and "Sobers" megamod threads to look at the various mod lists and how the mods are installed in relation to each other.

For instance, you have "SteelViking's Interior Mod V1.2.2 Patch" installed without having the main "SteelViking's Interior Mod V1.2.2" mod installed at all. Many mods overwrite the same files so it is critical that the correct sequence is followed otherwise they will not work correctly and usually the game becomes unstable.
