Just one watch officer stays on deck when submerged

There is a look out spot, on the forward port side, that is only occupied during battles stations. WCS_05.

I placed a normal watch there by manipulating the .upc file, but when I submerge, everyone disappears but the WCS_05 watch.

I don't understand. Why is that place so funky? I have the battle stations slot as NULL to avoid conflicts but.... I don't know what is happening. :hmmm:

I figured it out. I assigned an engine crew member to the deck watch. Deck watched ave to come from the unit parts .upc!
