I'm now well acquainted with RFB, and i would like to add RSRDC. This mods change the traffic, adding some or will my sea become deserted zone ?
Also, is that order correct ?
RSRDC_RFB_V575
RSRDC_V5xx_patch1
Lastly do i have to start a new career or i can start from the office ?

RSRD basically re-writ the campaign layer to make shipping traffic much more realistic, not just the random jumble like the stock game. At first glance you might think you're in an empty sea, but that was often the case historically. You just need to hang around the maritime choke points like the Makassar or Luzon Straits or the Sibutu Passage and you will find shipping eventually.

Don't forget to add the patch..
RSRD is fairly historical, so to play it and find ships, think historical shipping lanes, battles, etc. The good thing about RSRD is 99% of groups spawn at port and despawn at port, not random spawning here or there in the middle of the ocean. It includes almost every battle from small to large.

I'm not sure there is a version of RSRD for SH4 v1.4 anymore. The normal version is geared toward v1.5 of SH4. Do your self a favor and get v.1.5, that way most all of the mods for SH4 will be available to you. :D

RSRDC_RFB_V575

The above is not correct.
You have the RFB version listed, without RFB. There are distinct versions for RFB, TMO, and stock. You must use the right one, and should start a new career.
I suggest this:
RFB_2.0 .................................................( Real Fleet Boat)
RFB_2.0_Patch_23April2010
RSRDC_RFB_V575 ..............................(Run Silent Run Deep Campaign)
RSRDC_V5xx_Patch1
Improved Ship Physics 2.15 .....................(with Patch applied)
Speaking very generally, yes, you'll notice a drop-off in overall traffic as the Japanese simply didn't have all that many ships. Quite a number of areas in the Pacific were simply backwaters during the war - some of the islands would get a single ship every other week for resupply, and that's it. Central Pacific and the Aleutians can be a real test of patience, because aside from the few major naval operations at the outset, they are effectively dead.
On the other hand, traffic goes where it ought to be, and you'll find ships if you want to. RSRDC does a great job providing intel reports by radio - LISTEN TO THEM! They will lead you to good hunting grounds. Want to find invasion forces or task groups from major naval strikes? Look up where they were historically, and they will be there. Unique operations such as the Tokyo Express in the Solomons? Also there.
And if all else fails - South China Sea and East China Sea will provide you with convoys throughout the war. The Bismarck Sea is also a reliable convoy hunting ground in 1942 through early 1943.
