Jury has started to work on the verdict of the Boston Marathon bomber. Hadn't heard much about the trial at all lately.

Will most likely end up getting the death penalty.

It's big news around here of course. Heard on the way home that the jury is going to start a second day of deliberations.

Heard with one ear that the defense attorney did not deny his guilt and then something about humanize him(the terrorist).

Yeah their strategy was to admit his guilt but claim that he was led astray by his older brother so that he gets life in prison instead of the death penalty.

If you think about it, giving him life would give ample opportunity for his fellow convicts who are of a patriotic bent or who want to enhance their "reps" to give him a very painful, and, perhaps, prolonged death the justice system's death penalty would have denied him...

...just sayin'...

Nah he'd go straight to procetive custody in fact he's already in PC right now. No way he is in with the regular jail population simply for flight risk alone. Bet he gos to that federal supermax where the Unabomber, Eric Rudolph, Ramesy Josef are staying if he gets life.

Death penalty is a release, the rest of his life in a supermax is a fair greater punishment.
