So I downloaded front end to my desk top no problem.

I then go ahead and have it search my stuff.

I have GWX and a DVD SH3 with 1.4 patch in it, no starforce or anything like that.

When front end is done, it says "no JSGME found, continue at own risk" which is funny because it too is on my desk top. I continue.

I then read what it has found and it says I only have the standard version but it reads one of my mods from GWX '16KM environement'.

So I click on the 16KM and try to install h.sie realism and nothing happens.

I would like to point out that on my desktop I have SH3 - GWX shortcut, and a SH3 stock shortcut. Would that make a difference? How come it doesn't read my JSGME but reads 16k environment?

anyone have this problem? Can anyone help me? thanks!

You do not have to install sh3 in the C: PROGRAM this causes problems
test install in C:GAME

there is only one problem with that. I have tried to install sh3 just in c: before, no problem, but when I install GWX it will not let me except in c:program. I was having CTD issues and wanted to try giving it's own directory but GWX would not let it happen. So I quit trying it. I only want front end for the auto install of h.sie, but I may have to do this manually, and not looking forward to doing that. So I am hoping for whatever help I can get here.

On the other hand, I have never tried this. I just goy GWX working perfectly, so I am a bit hesitant to do this but let me know...
what if I create a new file, copy my GWX - SH3 and move it there? would that work? I am not sure. I just don't want to kill what I have got going so far.

but GWX would not let it happen.
I'm not sure what the problem might be, but I am sure it's not GWX's fault. I run SH3 in a separate folder with GWX and have no problems, or at least none of the nature you describe.
