Is there a way to change crew states? IE Wet, Dirty, etc

I'm looking for a global setting. I could change my save fame upc but it is so tedious and I always seem to mess up something.

Where is the value that says whether your crew is wet, dirty, or hot?

Oh, in case you are wondering why, I'm in a S class and want my crew to look as dirty as the sub.

I think so, but I think the game will continue to alter states like it normally does, so the changes wont be very long lasting.

If you go into your saved games and open up ActiveUserPlayerUnits.upc that's where all your crew are living. Search for a header like this one:
[UserPlayerUnit 1.Compartment 1.CrewMemberSlot 1.CrewMember.Rank.CrewMember3D]

Under that you will find:
ID=ClothingLowerRanks
CrewMemberHead1=cap_m06,6,cap_md06.tga
CrewMemberBodyPart1=Normal,Headgear,NULL,1,NULL
...
CrewMemberBodyPart15=Dirty,Legs,pantaloni_m02,1,pa ntaloni_md02.tga

I think changing the first entry, where it says normal and dirty in the above lines, will change the 3D model. Do note that it lists this for everyone, not just people you can see. For example, this guy is in my aft torpedo room.
