I have to admit this is the most embarassing question i've asked in this forum... maybe i'm just getting old.

I tried to do manual firing solutions with TMO to see wether i remember them from last time but i'm already stuck when i try to "lock" my periscope to the target cruiser from the tutorial. I'm clicking, pressing space but the scope doesnt lock onto the ship...

I can identify the ship, range, heading etc. everything else works but i'm to bloody stupid to find out how to lock the periscope to it.

Please someone release me from my misery what am i missing ?

Les green01 is right. The "L" key should do it with the stock game and most mods.

If you navigate to your main game folder (Silent Hunter Wolves of the Pacific) you can print off the keyboard assignments with the following image files:

TMO should have a specific image file for its own Keyboard assignments. Look in its "Documents" folder.

If you haven't found the stock game SH4 Manual, try the "Support" folder.

Not sure about manual targeting but the little red light with the letter 'S' in it also locks onto a target. It's just below the big red firing button and to the right a bit.

There are old Yamato hunters. And there are bold Yamato hunters. But there are no old bold Yamato hunters
