Hello, I thought that the VIIc would be avalible from 1940? its march 1941 in my game now, and the subs avalible to me are VIIB (witch im useing now) IXb and IXC. Is there something im missing perhaps? Im useing commander and GWX mod

I think it depends on your flotilla. Are you in the 2nd? They use Type IXs.

Try 7th flotilla in August or Sept '40. I believe that is the earliest you can get a VIIC.
