Wolves of Steel question

Couldn't get this answered in the WOS thread on the MODs forum. I don't like the keyboard layout of WOS (and thus Stock SH5). I've been using Church's Keyboards command and F1 layout for a long time. Can I just enable this mod post WOS and not have WOS crash?
