We are going to need more information from you. Is this a stock game? Is it modded and what mods? Maybe a little history how you got this.

Someone will be along to help.

You need to find the files ContLine.tga and DashLine.tga in the folder <game folder>\Data\Menu\Gui. Replace them with files of the same name from a stock unmodded installation of SH3. The replacement files should both be dated 8/16/2004. That will put the tail back on your sub.
