i installed the game but when i click "start" it doesnt do anything at all.

it's registered with the keycode and so in uplay i mash the play button and nothing happens. also if i try to start it "run as admin" in the game folder nothing happens.

windows 7

any ideas?

never mind.

after a few uninstalls it works now for some reason.

I for some reason have to run SH5 as admin or uplay crashes.

Those mods look suspiciously like SH3 ones.

thanks berbster for the links.

it's a nice looking game but where is the TDC? it's just point and shoot?

i guess TDW's mod will fix that if i can manage to install it. learning to install these mods and patches is more than i learned in 12 yrs of grade schools. that was a long time ago.

i got the mods into JGSME but the game crashes after it has loaded a campaign. it runs unmodded though.

ill uninstall and try again.

Hi Corporal,

If the mods list in your post is what you are trying to use in SH5, then you'll have problems. As the Berbster mentioned, they are SH3 mods. They cannot be used in SH5.

Sorry if I've jumped to the wrong conclusion.

TDW' New UI mod will give you the TDC back. His mod fix is a different mod. Check out YouTube for information on SH and mods. It's sometimes easier than trying to figure out long instructions.

The Berbster and others have made excellent tutorials.
