The ineptitude of the Irish Government has been shown today as well was the rigour of its judicial system. There's one advantage. Ketamine. While Crystal Meth is very risk, Ecstasy a little less risky, Ketamine is a very valuable drug to both vets, doctors and people with chronic pain the ban on the stuff has been causing a few problems due to the extra regulatory hurdles.

Besides...since the war on drugs, drug use has gone up and the cartels have gotten richer. *looks at portugal* So at least there's one 'slight' advantage.

Outlawing heterosexual marriage was a bit weird though...for an avowedly catholic country. They need to decide which language is going to be the official/legal language and stick with just the one. From what I could gather, it was a miss translation from English to Irish that caused the problem
