Ahoy!

It's been like 10+ years I have been in the subsim community!

Share some cool stuff I have been doing, the medical tricorder. It's made to for doctors perform on-site point of care exams. Any submarine need at least one set, it's water-proof!

Anyway, we are launching an indiegogo crowdfunding campaign next week. Could you guys show us some support and spread the news? http://www.warpunited.com/index.php/info-center/news/134-warp-3-medical-tricorder-crowdfunding-soft-launch

Cheers!

What about blood sugar, toxins, can the ultrasound be used to locate broken bones, AED support...

Cor, if you put everything you wanted in it, you would need to drag it around in an oak box on wheels! Why don't we fit an engine and we can drive the person to hospital in it as well!:D:O:

Kilorocky, that looks like a very useful piece of kit. How affordable would it be, especially to poorer areas where it could do the most good?

Intriguing. It's seems to be typical vital signs monitoring with diagnostic ultrasound added in. The patient module looks like it doesn't eliminate the messy ECG leadwires, SpO2 cable, or NIBP hose/cuff, but it does integrate those features nicely into a wireless display which would likely also interface to cell networks to reach anybody. I can't see these being too much use in a hospital but great for anything else. Doctors without Borders, rural areas, etc. :yeah:

Is it 100 % Real ?

From what I can read it looks like it is real.

Going to give the link to one of my Danish female FB-friends. She's a Medical Doctor, giving people the go-ahead or the down finger, when they want to get a certificate for flying.

Nah, you keep the blood testing module separate. Those things are very small, the size of a wallet. We have one in our house to measure the sugar level of my grandmother. One blood drop on a testing strip and the Valkan tablet crunches the data from the tester.

we have a big plan:

Optic devices such as otoscope and mini microscope with high resolution image/video via wireless
Blood Cell Counter, chemistry analyzer etc.

Ultrasound can really find the broken bones...

that's right, we are trying to make all accessories as simple as possible, however, we have not started the job yet. We will use new kinds of cable, smaller, shorter and compact.

The scenario does include rural, remote, road side etc., as well as the private doctors in small clinics. Meanwhile, the ultrasound is also very useful in blood vessel access, needle guide...

yes, they are all real now, just we need to polish everything before commercially release, in late June, if we can raise enough fund in these two months.

we have a big plan:

You made it modular from the start. That's always a good idea for growing
