Crew below decks standing with arms out to sides, like airplane.

Hi all, Like title says.
My crew are all below decks standing still with there arms outstretched to there sides, (like an airplane). I can still talk with crew, and when I do they put there arms down to there sides. When I order crew on deck, they remain below deck.

I am also unable to aim deck gun. I can fire it, but to hit anything I have to point sub at target. I assume this has something to do with the above.

If you can advise me on how to sort out this hicup I would be so :D

You've somehow hurt their feelings.

I've not seen this, but you haven't given enough information. For instance, are you using any mods? Does this happen in both career and single missions? Does it always happen, or does restart fix it?

If using mods, I suggest backing out the last mod installed and see if that helps. If not, back out one mod at a time and try again each time. You may have a mod conflict.

I did have some MODs loaded, (which I shall list later), but as you have suggested, I have disabled them one by one, and exited the game between each.

I still have a crew playing fighter pilot, and a gun I am unable to aim.

I have only played "CAMPAIGN".

Having to point the sub at the target to shoot them is getting a bit dicey.:o
I am hoping that I wont have to restart the game from the start.:wah:

Have you backed out all mods and tried without any?
Have you tried a single mission instead of a campaign?
If the problem continues without mods, I'd say 1> reinstall the latest patch file to be sure you have an up to date version. then 2>
If it is still happening, reinstall the game.

rename your SH5 folder in My Documents so it won't be deleted. Uninstall and then reinstall. Copy the renamed folder into the new SH5 folder in My Documents; to recover your saves. Good luck.

Hi all,
apologies for delay.
I have sorted out the problem, (I still don't know the cause).
Disabling the MODs being used had no effect. So,
I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. I am now using "Wolves of steel" MOD with "Dragon Wos" addon only.
