Mod is enabled but won't work

Hi everyone Scapaflow5 here. I just got Silent Hunter 5 and love it. I want to use the Open Horizons 2 mod to extend the campaign but when I go to load the game the mod doesn't appear. Does anyone know of this problem and if so please help! :salute:
