sh3 with gwx and commander

So I dunno if this has anything to do with it or not but I have Grey wolves and commander installed and I have the wave height set to seasonal. I noticed that the sky is always black now even in the daytime. I was in sept. Has anybody else ran into this

I installed commander and the files needed for gwx

Black skies are usually occuring if a mod messed up the scenes.dat file in /data, or the sky palette .dat files in /data/env. Are you sure you did not change more in regards to mods, than just the waveheight with SH3 Commander?
