transferring flotillas

hey sailers. I was wondering if I put in a transfer for a different flotilla how do I know if it was accepted. do I have to wait to get back from patrol or will I get a message on patrol saying to go somewhere else at the end of my patrol ??. I was also wondering when will I be transferred to lorient. I also have grey wolves installed :hmmm:

Transfer between flotillas takes takes one day. You apply when in home base, your request is granted and you wake up the next day at the new flotilla. Somehow your boat makes its own way there, you don't have to physically relocate.

You can transfer to one of the French bases sometime during the summer of 1940 after France has fallen and the bases are ready using the procedure above.

Most of the flotillas automatically relocate to French ports during the summer of 1940 and your base will change accordingly. If you are sea when that happens you will get a radio message 'The base was changed to...Lorient' (for example). That base is your new home port with immediate effect. Don't go back to the old one.
