PLEACE ADVICE AND DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW AND WICH FILES TO OVERWRITE,SO INCREASED THE SPED SUBMARINE???MODERS PLEACE HELP!!! THANK YOU ALL.

You need Goblin Editor.
Open GE->file->open->data->submarine->nss_(and you type boat)->file GR2(NSS_Uboat7C41.GR2)
and after open gr2
file->merge->NSS_Uboat7C41.sim and open in right unit_submarine
