Are there any playable Russian subs available? preferably the Akula class or Victor class Subs( Red October).

There were mods up at one time for the Golf III (project 601) and Juliett (project 651) class. However, they were hosted off-site and I don't know if they're still available or not.

The lure of a futuristic weapon. There seems to be an urge among some players every now and then to shoot down a Sopwith Camel with a Me 262.

Honestly, that's most of my drive for modding. Every now and again I like to tip the scales overwhelmingly in my favor. I'm working on putting early 19th century British units into Rome: Total War right now. It's hilarious. :har:

My idea of a fair fight would have been Native americans with P-51 Mustangs against the Gatling gun of the invading soldiers.

the only playable russian sub is the typhoon class like the red october that fires nukes and torpedos i wish someone would make skins for the sub and improve the torpedo view like in sh2 where it shows the torpedo hitting the ship
