Help - Install/play issues

installed SH5 at the end of install detection says gfx driver is out of date despite the driver being the latest (this week) released.

no desktop icon, nothing in my start menu but I can see the game is installed as its listed in add/remove programms and the relevant folders and files are the in C/ubisoft/silent hunter 5
if i open up the autoplay and click play nothing happens :wah:

looks like my install is not good several of the dll files are 0 bytes several uninstalls and installs not fixing this so my download is likely also corrupt ><
