Any Dayz Standalone players?

New to this game, but realizing very quickly that it's almost impossible to make it on your own. Wondering if anyone around here plays? If Timezones aren't an issue, could meet up for a game or two....:up:

Did play - got bored of dying. Joined up with some nice people who helped me out enormously but cross-pond timezones didn't help much.

Now I don't think DayZ or Arma II are still installed, needed the disk space.

i play, but i'm kind of a loner in there. Everyone acts friendly until you find a weapon, then they kill you over it.

I do have a lot of fun in that game tho. Just last night I was in Berenzino and followed a group of well armed guys just with my SKS. I picked one of them off and ran into a building. We had a fun firefight between buildings and I saw one of theirs go out the back and try to flank me. So I ran out the back of my building into the one behind me and waited. Sure enough i see a guy outside the back door of the building I was just in. He was waiting for his mates to distract me then he would go in. But I picked him off and now I have a Mosin with LRS!!
