The most original, dream-like interpretation of this world-famous song I have ever heard.
Ulrich Tukur - the guy with the Akkordeon - is a very famous and good stage and TV actor here in Germany, having made casual appearances in a handful of US cinema movies as well, having worked with Soderbergh for exmaple. History-buffs may remember him for his role as Gen. Rommel some years ago. Last weekend he just starred in what I consider to be the best episode in the decades-running TV crime series over here, "Tatort", where Tarantino crashed right into Shakespeare - and it worked superb.
