Hello, basically I have this problem but with the SH5.
http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php/863029-Fresh-Windows-install-Uplay-doesn-t-recognise-game-files

I just made a clean windows install, I installed Uplay, but Uplay wont reconize my backup SH5 installation.
Researching, I found that uplay check the registry to find out if the game is intalled.
I dont have the registry entries, but i have the folder with sh5 and all the sobers megapack of mods. I can aboid downloading so many gigabytes by placing the entries on the registry.
But I need someone to send me the registry entries. I use win7 x64.
Thank you :)
Sorry for my english

Yes the patch is installed, I just need the registry entries that hook the Uplay with SH5, so in the Uplay the button of Play appears instead of the download one. Please can someone send me that? Thank you

Well thanks for nothing, I found the way to fix it.

In case someone else have the same problem this is the solution:

Make a notepad file and add this:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Ubisoft\Si lent Hunter 5]
"language"=dword:0000000a
"voices"=dword:00000001
"keyboard"=dword:00000000

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Ubisoft\Si lent Hunter 5\1.0.0]

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Ubisoft\Si lent Hunter 5\1.2.0]

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Ubisoft\Si lent Hunter 5\GameUpdate]
"language"="en"
"info"="a1438df111d9490f9c1f27901c3c3222"
"execPath"="windows route to your sh5.exe file"
"installdir"="windows route to your SH5 game"

save the file as "silenthunter5.reg"

(For the ones with win 7 x32 remove the Wow6432Node from the notepad)

and then open the file, will be added to the registry. With this Uplay will know where the game is installed.
