Pretty sure that SEALs are not required to Mirandize anyone seeing they are not a law enforcement agency.:hmmm:

If anything they might the most likely to keep you alive dead men are lousy sources of intel. SWAT teams have made mistakes I agree but they must be doing a poor job killing witnesses other wise wed not know of the mistakes.
