Hi All Having problems with all surface ships atm. Playing stock game 1.5 steam version w/ u boat addon. Just started a career with Iowa and came across destroyer and destroyer escort. Took out destroyer with 1 hit no prob. as I closed with the escort it got off 1 shot, ripped a huge hole port side below waterline and I sank in 30 secs. Tried Montana same thing. Went german campaign and Bismark was sunk when a shot down fighter crashed on the aft deck. The only mods I am using are the merchant skin pack, the modified smoke and fire mod websters enhanced torpedo mod (german)installed wih jsgme I've played SH4 in the past with these ships and had no issue but with some changes. Originally I was playing on a desktop with vista64 and using the direct2drive version of the game. I am now playing on a cyberpower fangbook running Win8.1 and since gamefly doesn't seem to give a crap about letting me have access to my D2D games I had to repurchase the game on steam. Any ideas what might be going on?
