Change crew positions on bridge...?

I would like to change where the "player" stands on the bridge, which is the front left side of the bridge, and change it to the front right side, and move the crewman that is currently there, to the left side where the "player" stood...I can change it during the game, but it defaults back to the left side after each patrol. Anyone know how to change the "default" positions of "player" and crew?

Don't remember offhand how I got there, but post #12 was when I started fooling around with the bridge positions. Eventually I figured out how to move the "ME" camera slightly forward, up, and over to port.
